Mr. Tailwind Warrior
Mr was purchased in 2003 as a yearling. I have worked with him from the ground up. As I began to break him out to ride, it almost appeared that he was born ready to ride. No matter what new training techniques were used, he always accepted them willingly..  The day I mounted him for the first time, he rode off like we'd been riding for years! He is always willing to please and eager to go the extra mile.   Since then Mr has been shown in Halter and Western Pleasure.  This season he is being trained for barrels.

I contacted the original owner of my stallion's third great Grand Sire, Mr. Tailwind, Dean Achtenhagen of North Prairie, WI. I was able to find out these important facts:

• Mr. Tailwind was World Champion Sire, Reserve World Champion Sire, Superior Halter Sire, Superior Performance Sire, AQHA Champion Sire, ROM Performance Sire, and Superior Halter Offspring.
• His offspring, Son of Tailwind, passed away at the ripe old age of 29, a week before Mr. Achtenhagen received my letter. He told me that Son of Tailwind also had a colt on the ground that year, as well, who had gone to the World Show in two events, Halter and Hunter Under Seat. He also earned points in Western Pleasure and Reining. Son of Tailwind was the high point All-Around horse in Wisconsin.
• Miss Tailwind was shown in Western Pleasure and collected a total of 32 points in just five months. 
• Royal Tailwind also was a points earner in AQHA as well in Halter.
